Cell libraries can be located with the standard MicroStation variable: MS_CELL and are typically loaded in your projects cell folder.

Note that the cell library needs to be attached to your active file in order to be processed.

Create a subdirectory for any specialized civil files, for example Survey Files as below.

The civil feature definition file can be defined by

CIVIL_SURVEY_STYLEFILE

In the MACROS section, define the variable for the Civil style file as below.

As mentioned, any cell libraries, DGN libraries and seed file can go in existing folders.
